Jonathan has over 25 years of real estate, investment banking, management and consulting experience. Mr. Heine spent 11 years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), where he completed IPOs, recapitalizations, restructurings, buyouts, and private financings in the tens of billions of dollars.

At DLJ, Mr. Heine founded the firm's Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions Group, which became a leading advisor of middle market companies. In addition, Mr. Heine founded the firm's Hedge Fund and Insurance Services Group, where he restructured the firms Fund of Hedge Fund operations, increasing assets under management by 20 times, bringing the department to profitability. Under Jonathan's leadership, the fund of funds product became the 3rd best performing fund of funds in the country.

Jonathan was also head of ABN AMRO's private placements group, where he raised private capital for public and private companies, and was on the firm's US Operating Committee. He was also a founding member of WR Hambrecht + Co.'s investment banking group, one of the first online investment banks. In addition, Jonathan was Chief Operating Officer of SAC Capital Management, a leading hedge fund.

Since 2002, Jonathan has run Greenridge Capital, a firm which advises companies on financings and restructurings, as well as Greenridge Group, a firm which runs management workshops and consulting projects focused on management communication and effectiveness. He is also affiliated with Ackrell Capital LLC, a registered broker dealer, with whom he raises capital for various corporate clients.

Jonathan has a Bachelor of Music from Manhattan School of Music, and was a professional musician early in his career. He also holds an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Jonathan has served on the Board of the Tanglewood Institute at Boston University.
